1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact us at ymgoods06@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, some items (e.g., used inflatable products, fans, or accessories) cannot be returned once opened.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
